| The eighth annual international conference on the Croatian real estate market organized byFilipovic Business Ltd was hel on 17-18 of April 2012. The conference also presented a panel discussion on " Green Building: From Idea to Realization of a Green Building." The respected speakers from domestic and international companies have tried to provide a guidance for further development and expansion of green building in Croatia according to the highest standards of energy efficiency. Panel was moderated by Hrvoje Kvasnička, vice president of Green Building Council of Croatia; Surveyor, Jones Lang LaSalle Ltd., the chief architect of UPI-2M Alan Leo Plestina, the initiator of the panel Vedrana Likan the president of Green Building Council of Croatia and the director of Colliers International, Ltd. ,Sven Müller, Member of the Board of Stipić Group, Tomislav Perković, the head of the International Verdispar / Eelde and Project Development Manager Jarun Panorama.
